Junior Accounting Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Perform the monthly accounting close for Brazilian entities, ensuring accurate, timely, and traceable financial information.
• Reconcile regulated, G&A, and payroll-related accounts.
• Issue invoices and support operational billing processes.
• Prepare documentation and evidence for external audits conducted by Big Four firms.
• Support Brazilian statutory accounting and tax obligations, including SPED ECD and IBGE submissions.
• Coordinate financial information with Tax, FP&A, and Treasury teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, completed or in progress.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and month-end closing processes.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and propose solutions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills for working with teams across the company.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with accounting routines, including internships.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, TOTVS, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Brazilian statutory reporting obligations, including SPED and IBGE.
• Intermediate English and/or Spanish proficiency.
• Interest in fintech or BACEN-regulated environments.
