Senior Accountant (Telecom)

What you will do

• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns and prepare financial statements for multiple entities.
• Support wholesale cost calculations during the month-end close.
• Provide support during worldwide audits while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee automated cash reconciliation and contribute to finance automation and process improvement projects.
• Gain exposure to IFRS 16 lease accounting and improve finance team efficiency.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, including Big 4 training.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Curiosity, willingness to ask questions, and readiness to take on increasing responsibility.
