Product Design Manager (Mobility)

Location: Berlin, Germany or Tallinn, Estonia. Hybrid work with at least 12 monthly in-office days.

What you will do

• Lead the Product Design team across Bolt Plus, Rides Growth, Delivery Growth, and Merchant Ads.
• Own the end-to-end design process and roadmap for Bolt Plus.
• Set the vision and design quality standards for incentives-related surfaces across rider, driver, food consumer, and client-facing products.
• Define and execute design strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Product Designers while building a high-performing team.
• Establish design guidelines, patterns, processes, and frameworks in collaboration with researchers, product managers, engineers, analysts, and marketing stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Design Manager, preferably in growth teams at a fast-paced technology or internet company.
• Proven track record of shipping digital products used by millions of people.
• Portfolio demonstrating UI and UX design work for mobile and web platforms.
• Experience managing design teams and strong English communication and collaboration skills.
• High proficiency with Figma for UI design, prototyping, design systems, and collaborative discovery.
• Creative, proactive, ownership-driven approach and awareness of current design trends and emerging technologies.
