Product Designer (Medical EdTech)

What you will do

• Design and improve the end-to-end exam preparation experience and Qbank product for medical learners across desktop and mobile.
• Own design projects from problem discovery and concept development through prototyping, validation, detailed design, and implementation.
• Design learning experiences that support effective practice, knowledge reinforcement, exam simulation, and personalized learning.
• Use qualitative research, quantitative data, and user behavior insights to validate and iterate on design solutions.
• Translate complex medical and educational requirements into simple, intuitive, scalable, accessible experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Medical, User Research, Data, and Design teams, while contributing to the design system and wider design community.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX or product design.
• Strong information architecture, user-centered design, visual design, usability, and accessibility skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience using research insights and data to inform design decisions and participating in user research studies.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and translate product goals and user needs into scalable design solutions.
• Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams with product, design, engineering, research, and other stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Interest in educational UX and designing for medical experts or other specialist users.
• Interest in using AI tools to support and improve the design process.
• Experience contributing to design systems, interaction patterns, and shared design practices.
