Product Designer (AI)

Location: On-site in Munich or Warsaw

What you will do

• Design core product surfaces across Slack, Microsoft Teams, web, desktop, and mobile apps.
• Create onboarding, integration, permissions, billing, collaboration, and administration flows.
• Turn ambiguous, high-stakes product problems into clear interaction models and reusable patterns.
• Prototype AI-native UX for delegating work, tracking progress, correcting behavior, understanding cost, and trusting outputs.
• Set a high visual and interaction-quality bar across typography, color, layout, composition, states, edge cases, and copy.
• Work directly with engineers and users to prototype and ship product improvements quickly.

Requirements

• Exceptional visual design skills with a portfolio demonstrating real product work.
• Strong product taste and high craft in interaction design and detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and move quickly from ambiguous problems to prototypes and shipped products.
• Systems thinking and the ability to design reusable patterns rather than isolated screens.
• Comfort with ambiguity in AI products and strong collaboration with engineers.
• Willingness to work on-site in Munich or Warsaw.

Nice to have

• Experience designing products where interaction quality, speed, and trust are important.
• Experience using Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, Replit, v0, or similar tools to create working prototypes.
• Experience designing for product-led companies with high UX standards.
