What you will do
- Design end-to-end digital product experiences, from concepts and user flows to polished, production-ready interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user journeys, interaction patterns, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes.
- Build and evolve scalable design systems, component libraries, and developer-ready specifications.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into simple, intuitive product solutions.
- Review existing products, identify UX/UI issues, and propose improvements using research, user feedback, product data, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, Marketing, Creative, clients, and stakeholders while using AI and rapid prototyping tools to explore and validate ideas.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI, ideally with complex digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product problems, processes, user flows, design decisions, and final outcomes.
- Advanced Figma skills, including components, variants, Auto Layout, Figma Agent, variables, libraries, prototyping, and design systems.
- Strong knowledge of UX fundamentals, information architecture, interaction design, responsive design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, interactive prototypes, and clear developer-ready specifications.
- Experience with research, user feedback, product data, usability testing, developer collaboration, stakeholder presentations, and AI-assisted design workflows.
