Field Service Technician (Medical Devices)

Location: Remote from Montréal, Quebec, with up to 90% travel within Quebec

Annual salary: $70,000–$80,000

What you will do

• Install, maintain, upgrade, and repair medical equipment for clients.
• Act as the primary customer contact for technical and service-related issues.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment and service problems.
• Instruct clients on the proper use and operation of equipment.
• Maintain customer service logs and prepare product failure analysis reports.
• Escalate serviceability issues to relevant engineering teams.

Requirements

• College or university degree.
• Minimum 5+ years of related experience.
• Advanced skills in a specialized technical area.
• Bilingual English/French communication skills required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to travel up to 90% within Quebec.
