What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair ACT devices and handle customer complaints.
• Analyze product issues to improve maintenance efficiency and overall experience.
• Train customers on the correct operation of equipment and help optimize clinical workflows.
• Ensure all service activities comply with Global Quality, Regulatory and Compliance (QRC) standards.
• Act as a bridge between customers and the company to provide feedback and identify user needs.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomed Engineering.
• 1-3 years of technical experience with ICU, CCU, or OT equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.
• Ability to travel overseas for training.
• Proficiency in reading and writing both Chinese and English.
