Field Technical Support (HP Indigo)

Location: All Cities, Ontario, Canada; on-site customer visits and remote technical support are required.

Salary: CAD 62,000–82,500 annually

What you will do

• Install and commission hirify.global Indigo digital presses at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and process-related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, calibrations, and technical inspections.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support while maintaining service records and documentation.
• Deliver ramp-up training for press operators and production staff covering operation, workflows, maintenance, color management, media handling, troubleshooting, and quality control.
• Collaborate with Sales, Applications, and Customer Success teams to support customer handover and long-term equipment performance.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of related experience in customer support, field service, technical services, systems, or a related field.
• High school diploma, GED, higher secondary education, equivalent work experience, or demonstrated competence.
• Experience with commissioning, preventive maintenance, electronics, electrical engineering, electromechanics, operating systems, and test equipment.
• Ability to provide technical training, communicate effectively, and maintain a customer-centric, results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work at customer locations throughout Ontario and provide remote support.
• Successful candidates must pass a basic standard criminal records check and sign hirify.global’s confidentiality, non-solicitation, and conflict-of-interest agreement.

Nice to have

• hirify.global Indigo certification or previous experience with hirify.global Indigo presses.
• Familiarity with DFE/RIP software such as hirify.global Smart Stream, Esko, or EFI.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Multilingual skills.
