Vulnerability Management Leader (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead and mature the enterprise Threat and Vulnerability Management program across IT, cloud, application, and operational technology environments.
• Define governance, remediation workflows, metrics, reporting, SLAs, exception management, and risk acceptance processes.
• Oversee vulnerability discovery and improve asset visibility through Tenable, Wiz, CMDB, IPAM, and inventory integrations.
• Prioritize vulnerabilities using threat intelligence, exploitability, asset criticality, business impact, and exposure context.
• Drive remediation through ServiceNow workflows, escalations, and emergency response for critical and actively exploited vulnerabilities.
• Deliver dashboards, executive reporting, recommendations, and continuous program improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 5 years in Vulnerability Management, Security Operations, Exposure Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise vulnerability management programs and applying threat-informed prioritization and remediation governance.
• Hands-on experience with Tenable, Wiz, ServiceNow, Recorded Future, and asset inventory, CMDB, or IPAM platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, program leadership, and cross-functional influence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud security, exposure management, or attack surface management.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, PCI, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks.
• Experience integrating vulnerability management platforms with ITSM and reporting solutions.
• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Security+, or relevant vendor certifications.
