Manager, Adversary Intelligence

Location: United States; remote or based in Austin, TX

Salary: $124,100–$209,214 USD base salary annually for US-based employees; additional bonus, commission, and potential equity eligibility may apply.

hirify.global develops cybersecurity and identity security solutions and is combining its Red Team and Cyber Threat Intelligence functions into a unified Adversary Intelligence organization.

What you will do

• Lead unified intelligence collection, analysis, and adversary emulation programs.
• Architect AI-driven and agentic workflows for threat intelligence collection, analysis, and emulation playbook execution.
• Partner with the SOC and Attack Surface Management teams on purple-team exercises, detection engineering, and prevention strategies.
• Translate offensive testing results and emerging threat intelligence into strategic risk profiles and executive recommendations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior offensive security engineers and threat intelligence analysts.
• Oversee custom tools, techniques, APIs, threat briefings, risk assessments, and incident post-mortems.

Requirements

• Meet FedRAMP access requirements.
• 8–10 years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 4 years managing or leading blended threat intelligence and Red/Purple Team operations.
• Practical experience or strong conceptual knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, or agentic frameworks in cybersecurity workflows.
• Experience partnering with SOC, incident response, or detection engineering teams to improve defensive telemetry and detection maturity.
• Technical mastery of attack simulation frameworks, threat intelligence platforms, scripting, and custom tool development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and program management skills; CISSP, OSCE/OSEP, GREM, GCTI, or equivalent expertise.
