Business Strategy Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid work from the TLV office, Israel

What you will do

• Lead high-impact strategic and operational projects from problem definition through implementation.
• Structure complex business questions into analyses, workstreams, and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, build business cases and market assessments, and prepare executive-level presentations.
• Translate data, customer, market, and competitive insights into client recommendations and product priorities.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and R&D on strategic planning, expansion, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop scalable frameworks, processes, and tools while monitoring measurable results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, business analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to structure complex, ambiguous challenges.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, including business cases and data-driven decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working independently with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, or another analytical field; fluent written and spoken English required.
