Director of Revenue Analytics (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid work with regular in-office collaboration and the ability to work partially from home

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end revenue model, including forecasting, headcount planning, quota setting, bookings, churn, retention, and go-to-market performance tracking.
• Build AI-driven analytics for go-to-market teams, including intelligent forecasting, automated reporting, and scalable insight generation.
• Drive AI and automation adoption across the Revenue Analytics function to reduce manual work.
• Design, calculate, and operationally support commission plans.
• Manage and develop a team of five Business Analysts.
• Partner with go-to-market leadership on dashboards and reporting frameworks for data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Analytics, FP&A, or Revenue Operations, including people management.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS revenue metrics, including ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, and quota attainment.
• Experience with go-to-market metrics such as yield, ramping, and pipeline health.
• Hands-on experience applying AI and automation tools to analytics and forecasting workflows.
• Strong SQL, BI tools such as Tableau or Looker, Salesforce, and Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• B.A. or B.Sc. in Economics, Statistics, or Business; an MBA is a plus.
