Salary: $157,700–$210,300 per year

What you will do

• Bring up electrical test equipment and instrumentation code.
• Design electrical test procedures and analyze test data.
• Generate technical reports and present analysis to the research team.
• Collaborate with CMOS design, materials, and process teams to improve sensing technologies.
• Develop future biological and chemical sensing technologies as part of a multifunctional research team.
• Generate intellectual property, publish papers, and present at conferences.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive Python coding experience for instrumentation and data analysis.
• Ability to design and optimize test procedures for key performance metrics.
• Strong hands-on electrical device measurement skills.
• Strong scientific collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to innovate.
• Expertise with electrical measurement equipment such as arbitrary waveform generators, pulse generators, and oscilloscopes.

Nice to have

• Postdoctoral experience in academia or industry.
• Experience with electrical measurements in aqueous solutions.
• Experience with biological or chemical sensors.
• Working knowledge of electrochemistry.
• Publications and patents.
