What you will do

• Qualify and shape AI opportunities with account teams from initial discussions through deal closure.
• Lead discovery and qualification sessions with executive, technical, architectural, and operational stakeholders.
• Match customer needs to relevant industrial AI capabilities and design practical solution approaches.
• Configure and deliver solution demonstrations, including customized AI prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Represent hirify.global at executive briefings, workshops, trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Provide customer insight to influence go-to-market execution and product roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in presales, consulting, or technology solution roles.
• Experience with AI, applied data science, or enterprise software is preferred.
• Proven ability to position and deliver complex enterprise solutions that create measurable business value.
• Strong knowledge of at least one industrial vertical, including aerospace and defense, energy, manufacturing, engineering, construction and infrastructure, transport, or telecommunications.
• Experience engaging technical and business stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and creating presentations and demonstrations.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and influencing skills, with an understanding of industrial AI adoption trends.
