TL;DR
Senior Test Automation Engineer (AI): Designing and executing automated testing strategies for complex AI-enabled applications across frontend, backend, APIs, data flows, and system integrations with an accent on LLM output validation, performance testing, and regression coverage. Focus on testing prompt behavior and hallucinations, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines, and investigating defects before production releases.
Location: Remote for candidates based in Poland, Czechia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Romania, or France; Europe-based, preferably CEE. Potential future hybrid work in Prague.

What you will do
- Design and maintain automated testing strategies across frontend, backend, APIs, and data flows.
- Build and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or comparable frameworks.
- Develop testing approaches for LLM prompts, model outputs, consistency, and hallucination behavior.
- Execute system integration, regression, end-to-end, performance, and load testing.
- Investigate defects, document reproducible bug reports, and support root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with developers and platform teams on issue resolution, quality gates, and release readiness.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional QA, test automation, or software testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks.
- Experience testing complex web applications, APIs, backend integrations, and end-to-end workflows.
- Experience with performance or load testing and CI/CD integration.
- Strong ability to investigate failures, identify root causes, and document defects clearly.
- Fluent professional English is required.
