Location: Hybrid (Bucharest, Romania)
Salary: RON 21,818 – 25,000 per month

What you will do
- Review and analyze new feature requirements and design specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to define testing strategies for various components.
- Develop and execute comprehensive functional test plans and test cases (automated and manual).
- Create test coverage reports and quality-related documentation.
- Perform project and defect tracking using standard tools and processes.
- Drive and enforce QA best practices and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a software Quality Assurance role.
- 4+ years of experience in a QA Automation role.
- Familiarity with automation testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Basic programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Java, or Python.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with JIRA.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Bucharest, Romania.
Nice to have
- Experience with test case management systems (e.g., Qase, TestRail, Zephyr).
- Experience testing APIs using Postman or similar tools.
- Experience with AI tooling (OpenAI, GitHub Copilot) for test generation and automation.
- SQL skills (e.g., PostgreSQL, MSSQL).
