Salary: RON 21,818 – 25,000 per month

What you will do

• Review and analyze new feature requirements and design specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams to define testing strategies for various components.
• Develop and execute comprehensive functional test plans and test cases (automated and manual).
• Create test coverage reports and quality-related documentation.
• Perform project and defect tracking using standard tools and processes.
• Drive and enforce QA best practices and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a software Quality Assurance role.
• 4+ years of experience in a QA Automation role.
• Familiarity with automation testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Basic programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Java, or Python.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with JIRA.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Bucharest, Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience with test case management systems (e.g., Qase, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Experience testing APIs using Postman or similar tools.
• Experience with AI tooling (OpenAI, GitHub Copilot) for test generation and automation.
• SQL skills (e.g., PostgreSQL, MSSQL).
