Senior Product Manager (HR Tech)

Location: Remote from the United Arab Emirates, Poland, Hungary, Portugal, Spain, or Romania

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and product direction for the Global Payroll and Employer of Record product lines.
• Lead customer, prospect, and operations discovery and turn feedback into prioritized product decisions.
• Coordinate product, engineering, design, sales, customer success, and operations across time zones.
• Build internal payroll platforms, operations tooling, and applied AI agents that improve operational scalability.
• Work deeply with multi-engine, multi-country payroll calculation logic, compliance requirements, and country-specific flows.
• Hire and manage 2–3 product managers as the domain grows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Hands-on ownership of payroll, Employer of Record, or HR tech products.
• Experience shipping and scaling products through a growth phase.
• Strong customer and data-driven product discovery skills.
• Hands-on experience using AI as a product surface and working tool.
• Comfort making decisions in a fast, direct, low-process environment.
