Associate Onboarding Manager (CSM I) – Ongoing Supplier Onboarding (OSO)

Location: Hybrid role with regular in-office presence required at the MSP office in Minneapolis, United States

Salary: $50,100.00–$75,200.00 per hour

What you will do

• Serve as a customer-facing contact for buying organizations regarding supplier onboarding status and inquiries.
• Execute supplier onboarding activities for a portfolio of buying organizations.
• Partner with Customer Success and Account Director stakeholders to keep suppliers moving through onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot onboarding issues and submission errors.
• Participate in weekly status and escalation calls and send onboarding status reports.
• Update supplier statuses in Community and build toward account-level onboarding strategy ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous client-facing or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate across functions.
• Solution-oriented approach with the ability to execute on ideas.
• Strong time management, organization, verbal communication, and written communication skills.

• Experience using data analysis to identify onboarding trends and areas requiring action.
