Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, United States. The role follows a fixed four-day schedule of 10-hour shifts: Thursday–Sunday or Saturday–Tuesday, with required weekend coverage.

Salary: $94,000–$151,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Monitor production cloud environments, application logs, system health, and operational alerts.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, document, resolve, or escalate application and infrastructure incidents.
• Execute scheduled production activities, maintenance tasks, deployments, and approved operational procedures.
• Support Public Cloud, Government Cloud, and enterprise cloud environments while coordinating with engineering, development, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements that strengthen cloud service reliability and availability.
• Implement automation and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure operations, application support, production support, or a related technical field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Azure, AWS, or comparable public cloud technologies, preferably Azure.
• Experience with Active Directory or comparable identity and access management technologies.
• Experience supporting cloud-based SaaS applications, ERP applications, or enterprise software environments.
• Experience with containerized applications and services such as Azure Kubernetes Service or Cosmos DB, plus strong troubleshooting and scripting or automation skills.
