Associate Field Inventory Specialist (MedTech)

What you will do

• Maintain inventory across warehouse and plant locations through cycle counting, reconciliation, physical inventories, and inventory balancing.
• Control put-away, storage, interim locations, expired or damaged materials, returns, and plant-to-plant inventory movements.
• Track inventory KPIs, including aged transfer orders, discrepant inventory, negative inventory, and interim-location counts.
• Research discrepancy root causes using inventory data and identify transaction errors or process improvements.
• Coordinate project statuses and information flow across teams and departments while sharing operational best practices.
• Perform inventory activities in compliance with FDA regulations, applicable state and international requirements, and ISO 13485 standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically less than one year of related experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift or similar equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, self-motivation, and advanced critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and performing standing, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling activities.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics.
