Customer Value Architect (AI)

Location: Remote in Canada, EST; office address in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Salary: CAD 115,000–130,000 base annually, with potential bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Translate customer operating-model strategies into adoption plans, recurring workflows, success checkpoints, enablement plans, and business reviews.
• Design persona-based adoption motions for executive sponsors, audit and finance leaders, analysts, and operational users.
• Create executive-ready value narratives covering outcomes, risks, progress, and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Process Engineers, Project Managers, Account Managers, Success Engineering, Product, Education, and Support.
• Identify adoption blockers and coordinate internal responses without owning project governance, technical triage, or support operations.
• Build repeatable customer value frameworks, playbooks, templates, operating guides, and value intelligence loops.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in customer success, transformation or value consulting, enterprise SaaS, audit, finance, risk, or analytics.
• Demonstrated experience driving adoption, value realization, or business transformation in complex customer environments.
• Experience working with executive sponsors and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-facing storytelling.
• Familiarity with audit, finance, accounting, risk, controls, or enterprise data workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• CPA, CA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CRMA, PMP, Prosci, or equivalent professional credential.
• Experience in audit analytics, financial risk intelligence, AI-enabled analytics, or enterprise data platforms.
• Experience building customer value frameworks, adoption playbooks, business reviews, or ROI models.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, financial datasets, audit workflows, or modern data environments.
