PS Business Analyst IV (Banking)

Location: US - Georgia - Virtual; occasional travel to client sites is required for requirements gathering and implementation activities such as UAT.

What you will do

• Provide banking-sector customer acquisition expertise to support Terafina product functionality.
• Elicit client requirements and translate them into user stories, product requirements, and integration specifications.
• Bridge client stakeholders and the Terafina technology team by validating, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• Lead or participate in customer discovery, functional design, and solutioning activities.
• Collaborate with QA on test scenarios and test-case reviews.
• Participate in sprint grooming and sprint reviews with internal teams and customers.

Requirements

• 9–12 years of experience in the financial industry, focused on customer acquisition and client interactions.
• Experience working at a bank, credit union, or technology service provider.
• Experience in customer onboarding is required.
• Experience with banking systems such as FIS, Temenos, Fiserv, Jack Henry, or Lending 360.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States; occasional client-site travel is required.

Nice to have

• Business Banking experience.
• Experience with digital banking acquisition processes and digital-solution implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Salesforce.
• Professional business analysis certification.
