Project Manager (A/B Testing)

Location: Remote (Malawi); fully remote workplace

Salary: $1,200–$3,000 per month

hirify.global is a U.S.-based A/B testing company that runs website experiments and uses proprietary data to improve client conversion outcomes.

What you will do

• Coordinate research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders through the full experiment lifecycle.
• Manage cross-functional teams of 5–10 people and identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain momentum.
• Build and maintain a roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments.
• Explain testing plans, set expectations, and present progress and results in weekly client meetings.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing clarity and proactive communication.

Requirements

• Strong organization and diligence, with the ability to manage systems, checklists, timelines, and multiple deliverables.
• Proactive communication, including early risk escalation and regular coordination with clients and teammates.
• Ability to learn quickly, understand technology and design, notice patterns, and ask thoughtful questions.
• Prior A/B testing or formal project management experience is not required; training is provided.
