Production Employee (Precision Optics)

Location: Onsite in Regen, Germany; rotating three-shift operation

What you will do

• Process precision optical components using polishing machines.
• Select tools and manufacturing parameters independently.
• Inspect optical components for cleanliness and measure finished optics.
• Participate in control loops and continuous improvement teams.
• Work rotating shifts in a three-shift production operation.

Requirements

• Completed training as a precision optician, or technical vocational training in metalworking, precision optics, mechanical manufacturing, or a comparable qualification.
• Comparable practical work experience may also be considered.
• Manual dexterity and clean, precise, structured working habits.
• Strong commitment to quality, responsibility, self-motivation, and flexibility.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Willingness to work shifts.
