Senior Lawyer

Location: Remote or on-site; offices are available in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, and Yerevan.

What you will do

• Provide legal support for companies registered in Cyprus and other jurisdictions.
• Assess legal risks for new and ongoing projects and develop risk-mitigation recommendations.
• Advise on business operations and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Support communications and negotiations with regulatory authorities, suppliers, clients, and other external parties.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, bylaws, and other legal documents.
• Ensure transaction integrity and safeguard company interests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) required; an LL.M. or postgraduate qualification in corporate law is advantageous.
• Qualified lawyer status required; registration with the Cyprus Bar Association is a plus.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience as an in-house lawyer, particularly in corporate or commercial law, regulatory compliance, and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of Cypriot law, including corporate governance, finance regulations, GDPR, and employment law.
• Excellent command of English and good knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian required.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and legal documentation skills.
