What you will do

• Verify patient eligibility and insurance benefits.
• Process and follow up on referrals and authorizations.
• Handle patient phone calls and route them appropriately.
• Assist with appointment scheduling as needed.
• Support general front desk operations remotely.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a medical front desk or healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote setup.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST, with a one-hour unpaid break.
