Fullstack Developer

hirify.global, a Virtuos Studio, is a game development and content creation outsourcing company delivering 2D and 3D art and turnkey games for mobile, PC, console, and VR projects.

What you will do

• Design and implement backend services and REST APIs for a scalable web platform.
• Build a CMS for quests, scenarios, dialogue, questions, and educational content.
• Develop user, role, access, invite, progress, and session management.
• Implement gameplay event collection, reporting pipelines, admin interfaces, and reporting by student, session, class, and content.
• Integrate backend and CMS functionality with WebGL, iOS, and Android application clients.
• Support deployment, monitoring, testing, production stabilization, and collaboration with developers, designers, QA, and the project lead.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience with strong backend skills.
• Experience with REST APIs, relational databases, data modelling, and React or similar modern web applications.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, role-based access, cloud deployment, and web application architecture.
• Understanding of analytics, event-driven data, reporting, security, and privacy principles.
• Ability to design pragmatic solutions independently within a limited budget.
• English at least B2 level and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CMS or LMS products, client-to-web backend integration, reporting dashboards, data exports, or multi-tenant systems.
• Experience with GDPR-conscious applications and localization-ready content architectures.
• Experience supporting WebGL or mobile application backends, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, monitoring, or observability.
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Kilo Code.
