Fullstack Engineer

Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom, with flexible hours

Salary: Up to £100,000 per year, based on London and depending on experience

What you will do

• Design, build, and ship growth experiments across signup, onboarding, activation, and retention flows.
• Own features end to end, from ideation and implementation through measurement and iteration.
• Build and refine referral loops, sharing mechanics, and other viral product surfaces.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests and interpret results to guide product decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing to prioritise high-impact opportunities.
• Improve the performance, reliability, and conversion of creator and fan journeys.

Requirements

• Strong fullstack engineering experience with a clear bias toward shipping.
• Experience working across frontend and backend using modern web technologies such as TypeScript, Node, React, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, analytics tooling, and funnel metrics.
• Comfort working in ambiguity with a strong bias toward action and measurable outcomes.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with product, design, data, and growth partners.
• High ownership, agency, and willingness to iterate quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience in the creator economy, consumer subscriptions, marketplaces, or social platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar analytics tools.
• A track record of building growth loops that remain in production.
