Project Coordinator

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Candidates must be authorized to work in India without current or future visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily project activities across engineering and business teams.
• Track tasks, achievements, risks, dependencies, schedules, and delivery milestones.
• Follow up with engineers and technical teams to obtain updates and drive completion of actions.
• Identify delays and blockers, escalate risks, and support prioritization across concurrent initiatives.
• Prepare project status reports and progress updates for collaborators and leadership.
• Facilitate stand-ups, meetings, and project reviews while documenting decisions and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Approximately 5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Coordinator, Delivery Coordinator, or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational, time management, attention-to-detail, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to drive accountability, challenge timelines respectfully, and follow through on actions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and business collaborators.
• Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as ADO or similar.
• Authorization to work full-time in India without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT, engineering, infrastructure, or technology environments.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience preparing executive or collaborator reporting.
