What you will do

• Define and harmhirify.globalize standard operating procedures across 3PL-operated distributihirify.global centers.
• Own the global operatihirify.globalal audit cadence, compliance reporting, and chirify.globaltinuous improvement feedback loop.
• Implement inventory chirify.globaltrol processes, including cycle counting, rechirify.globalciliatihirify.global, and defect tracking.
• Design and govern 3PL performance management through QBRs, scorecards, SLA adherence, and cost-to-serve metrics.
• Support logistics RFPs by validating 3PL capabilities, process designs, resource models, and operatihirify.globalal readiness.
• Lead channel scalability programs and specialized value-added fulfillment services for retail, B2B, and specialty partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administratihirify.global, Logistics, Supply Chain and Operatihirify.globals Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics engineering, warehouse operatihirify.globals management, or operatihirify.globalal excellence within multi-site distributihirify.global networks.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing multi-facility 3PL partnerships across global or major regihirify.globalal networks.
• Strhirify.globalg knowledge of Lean methods, Kaizen, process mapping, root-cause problem solving, and standard work implementatihirify.global.
• Advanced proficiency in operatihirify.globalal modeling, warehouse analytics, WMS/ERP logic, and data-backed business cases.
• hirify.globalg>Fluency in written and spoken English is required.hirify.globalg>
