What you will do
- Lead and scale the global Supply Chain Solutions organization across regions.
- Define and execute supply chain technology strategy in line with business priorities and digital transformation initiatives.
- Act as the senior IT partner to COO and Supply Chain leadership, translating business needs into scalable solutions.
- Own and modernize application portfolios covering planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Lead large-scale ERP/SAP S/4HANA transformation, process standardization, system harmonization, and governance.
- Manage product teams, budgets, vendors, compliance, innovation, and talent development.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, engineering, supply chain, business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT, digital transformation, or supply chain technology within complex global organizations.
- Experience managing global teams and leading leaders in matrix and cross-functional environments.
- Proven success delivering ERP/SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including process redesign and change management.
- Deep expertise across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and S&OP, with enterprise platform experience including WMS, TMS, APS, MES, and analytics tools.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
