Junior Application & Integration Specialist (Wealth Management)

What you will do

• Support clients with the implementation of required infrastructure in cloud and on-premise environments.
• Manage and configure application releases, deployments, upgrades, and application setups.
• Participate in technical discussions about infrastructure changes and upgrades.
• Interpret error logs, identify corrective actions, and liaise with product development teams when needed.
• Coordinate client version upgrades, track progress, manage risks and issues, and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with client project teams and hirify.global product development teams to deliver successful upgrades.

Requirements

• Knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles.
• Good knowledge of SQL databases, Docker concepts, network communications, and Linux.
• Experience with information system troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and French are mandatory.
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate strong motivation.

Nice to have

• Experience with banking software such as Temenos or Avaloq and knowledge of financial products or wealth management.
• DevOps experience, especially with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Experience supporting IT projects using Agile or Waterfall approaches.
• Knowledge of SDLC or ITIL processes and stakeholder management.
