Marion Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Marion, Indiana, United States; onsite at the manufacturing plant

What you will do

• Lead the maintenance department and ensure plant equipment is repaired and maintained with minimal downtime.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all machines.
• Supervise the installation, inspection, commissioning, and recordkeeping of new equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities with production managers and production scheduling.
• Manage vendors, bids, inspections, work quality, and department costs.
• Enforce safety procedures and complete special maintenance projects.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing a maintenance budget.
• Experience with CMMS or similar systems and ERP.
• BS/BA preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
