Marion Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Marion, IN, United States; on-site plant role

What you will do

• Direct the maintenance department to keep plant equipment maintained and repaired with minimum downtime.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all machines.
• Supervise the installation, inspection, commissioning, and recordkeeping of new machines.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities with production managers and production scheduling.
• Enforce safety procedures and policies, manage vendors and bids, and inspect completed work for quality.
• Manage the maintenance department budget, control costs, and complete special projects.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• At least 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience with CMMS or similar systems.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience managing a maintenance budget.

Nice to have

• BS/BA degree.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
