What you will do

• Direct, manage, and coordinate all maintenance activities with accountability for safety, productivity, quality, and equipment reliability.
• Manage maintenance and operhirify.globalons problems while developing proactive reliability strategies based on root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Build and develop the maintenance and reliability organizhirify.globalon, including represented employees, supervisors, engineers, and planners.
• Lead backlog prioritizhirify.globalon, planning and scheduling, outage preparhirify.globalon, contractor work scopes, and resource loading using performance data.
• Handle contract and personnel issues, work with USWA representhirify.globalves on grievances, and enforce company policies, union contracts, and safety regulhirify.globalons.
• Manage EHS compliance, safety investighirify.globalons, case management, prevention activities, and employee training and orienthirify.globalon.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field.
• Seven years of manufacturing experience with proven leadership and project management experience.
• Strong background in reliability-centered maintenance and lean manufacturing, with demonstrated experience improving equipment reliability in a heavy industrial or continuous-process environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to quality and operhirify.globalons systems; ability to work independently with strong motivhirify.globalon and organizhirify.globalonal skills.
• Experience using CMMS and operhirify.globalonal data to manage maintenance performance, recurring failures, backlogs, outages, and reliability improvements.
• Proven ability to move an organizhirify.globalon from reactive maintenance to planned, proactive, reliability-based work execution.
• Effective verbal and written communichirify.globalon with internal and external customers at all levels.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams including represented and non-represented employees.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively and follow company policies, union contracts, and safety regulhirify.globalons.
