Maintenance Engineer II (Aerospace)

Location: On-site in Mojave, California, United States; only US citizens, Green Card holders, political asylees, or refugees are eligible to apply.

Base salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, with a possible annual bonus of up to 7% of base salary.

What you will do

• Provide engineering and technical support to the maintenance team.
• Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production to improve equipment reliability and Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
• Manage and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs, schedules, procedures, work instructions, and maintenance strategies.
• Develop and present data, recommendations, and improvement plans.
• Monitor KPIs related to equipment reliability, uptime, and maintenance effectiveness.
• Ensure projects meet engineering standards, regulatory requirements, safety, quality, and risk-assessment best practices while championing plant procedures and housekeeping.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the United States as a US citizen, Green Card holder, political asylee, or refugee.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• 5+ years of engineering, maintenance, or project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software, data analysis tools, and predictive maintenance technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

• Master’s degree.
