What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain server and OS environments to ensure reliability.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (IAM/RBAC).
• Oversee database integrity, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
• Monitor system performance, implement patches, and resolve incidents.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and IT procedures.
• Liaise with vendors and provide technical guidance to internal users.

Requirements

• Must be an Emirati national
• Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure administration.
• 3 years in a dedicated system management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Deep understanding of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks like NIST 800-53 and CNSSI 1253.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Windows Server, CCNA, VCP).
• Experience with data diodes and encryption-based technologies.
