Senior Talent Intelligence Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions.

Base salary: $109,000–$174,000 annually in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington, DC; $103,500–$165,300 annually in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia. The role is also eligible for equity awards.

What you will do

• Lead complex, ambiguous Talent Intelligence engagements from initial scoping through executive delivery.
• Build external market intelligence on talent and skills markets, competitors, organizational structures, leadership, location strategy, and workforce trends.
• Use intelligence tools, generative AI, and diverse external sources to identify patterns, benchmarks, risks, and opportunities.
• Conduct competitive and organizational research on how companies build, structure, scale, and evolve teams and capabilities.
• Translate quantitative and qualitative research into clear implications, options, recommendations, narratives, briefings, and visualizations.
• Advise executives, business leaders, and Talent Acquisition while improving methodologies, data sources, tools, and team capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in talent intelligence, market research, management consulting, or high-level recruitment strategy.
• Experience independently owning complex, ambiguous projects end to end.
• Ability to combine intelligence tools, public information, and sound research judgment.
• Strong analytical skills, data integrity standards, and experience working with large, diverse datasets.
• Ability to synthesize complex research for C-suite and executive audiences and manage senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience using generative AI, advanced intelligence platforms, and external sources to identify market patterns, benchmarks, risks, and opportunities.
