What you will do

• Partner daily with the VP of Product Engineering and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Prepare executive presentations, board materials, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Track strategic initiatives, risks, dependencies, and accountability for executive decisions.
• Support organisational design, hiring, onboarding, and leadership operating cadence.
• Represent leadership in selected meetings and improve processes through automation and AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, consulting, PMO, or operations roles.
• Experience supporting senior technology executives.
• Strong analytical and programme management skills.
• Very good written and verbal English.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and influencing without authority.
• High ownership, discretion, and the ability to work across Engineering, Product, Finance, and HR.

Nice to have

• SaaS or technology background.
• Management consulting experience.
• Knowledge of engineering operating models.
• Transformation programme experience.
• Experience with AI productivity tools.
