Fullstack Web Developer (SaaS)

Location: Ghent, Belgium; hybrid with at least three days per week in the Ghent office and remote work for the other two days

What you will do

• Lead the architectural reconstruction and end-to-end development of hirify.global.com.
• Build a responsive, multi-region website with localized content and modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the Product Marketing Manager to assess requirements and technical feasibility.
• Implement accessible, high-performance UX/UI focused on conversion optimization for lead-generation pages and forms.
• Select, configure, document, and introduce a CMS that enables the marketing team to manage content independently.
• Support the legacy website during the transition, resolve bugs, manage landing-page requests, and implement the 301 redirect strategy.

Requirements

• Portfolio and references demonstrating successful launches of complex, multilingual B2B SaaS websites.
• Proven full-stack web development experience with modern frameworks and CMS integrations.
• Strong frontend and backend development skills, including responsive mobile-first interfaces.
• Advanced UX/UI knowledge with a focus on accessibility, performance, WCAG standards, analytics, and tracking.
• Fluent English and the ability to communicate complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management, communication, strategic thinking, and conversion-focused execution skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch and French for identifying content errors.
• Experience with B2B SaaS design systems and UX workflows for complex technical products.
