Senior Fullstack Developer (PHP/Laravel)

What you will do

• Build and ship robust backend services and frontend features with measurable product impact.
• Scale existing capabilities and improve system performance, maintainability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, quality engineers, DevOps engineers, and product owners to deliver end-to-end functionality.
• Model business domains using clean and performant data structures.
• Lead technical delivery for initiatives within a domain or project.
• Coach and mentor engineers on engineering best practices and shared ownership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering full-stack products with PHP and Laravel.
• Experience with Vue.js or another frontend framework.
• Experience designing and integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Comfort working in monorepo environments and modular architectures.
• Proficiency in data modeling and SQL/NoSQL databases, plus familiarity with testing, performance tuning, and scalable design principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to make architectural decisions and communicate trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Affinity with TypeScript.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, SOAP, GitLab CI/CD, DevOps, and public cloud platforms such as GCP.
