Operations Manager

Location: In-office in Alpharetta/Milton, Georgia, United States. Tuesday–Saturday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM.

What you will do

• Execute operating plans and communicate strategic direction across one or more operational functions and sites.
• Manage supervisors and individual contributors while driving business results and leading staff meetings.
• Resolve escalated customer, transaction, and third-party issues and provide guidance to internal partners.
• Coach and develop team members while translating strategic objectives into tactical operating plans.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, develop or approve standard operating procedures, and recommend policy improvements.
• Review transactions and reports, monitor quality, ensure compliance, and manage risk mitigation and business resiliency activities.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• At least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of operational functions, process management, decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Experience with compliance, risk mitigation strategies, customer solutions, and standard operating procedures.
• No university or college degree, certification, or license is required; comparable education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
