What you will do

• Lead daily BPS operations to maintain service delivery, productivity, quality, and performance standards.
• Provide direction, coaching, and professional development support while reinforcing team accountability.
• Monitor operational metrics and improve efficiency, accuracy, customer experience, and service-level performance.
• Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, operational controls, and risk practices.
• Coordinate workflow priorities and resources, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead process and system improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and relevant experience.
• Experience leading or supervising operations, processing, service, or business support teams.
• Strong influencing, stakeholder management, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis, problem-solving, operational decision-making, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of operational controls, compliance requirements, and process governance.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, banking, payments, fintech, or business process outsourcing.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or process optimization methodologies.
• Experience leading operational change initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency with workforce management, reporting, and operational performance tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to drive business outcomes.
