What you will do
- Manage purchase order releases and follow up with suppliers on order requests and deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal departments on technical requirements and procurement needs.
- Maintain procurement systems and update order information in SAP.
- Harmonize global supplier quality processes and tools.
- Monitor quality KPIs, report results, and drive supplier quality improvements.
- Evaluate new suppliers, re-evaluate existing suppliers, and conduct on-site inspections of supplier facilities.
Requirements
- Advanced Colleague or Bachelor-level education.
- Experience in sourcing and purchasing commercial parts, including drawing parts and order processes.
- Experience in an industrial working environment.
- Familiarity with SAP and drawing parts order follow-up and delivery management.
- Supplier Quality Engineer experience in managing suppliers.
- English proficiency required.
