Growth Marketing Manager (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY, USA; collaborative in-office culture. Relocation support is available for employees moving to New York.

Salary: $160,000–$210,000 per year plus $50,000–$75,000 in equity.

What you will do

• Run and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X while managing budgets and reducing CAC.
• Test more than 10 ad concepts per week and collaborate with designers and creative partners to improve conversion.
• Launch and scale additional channels such as programmatic advertising, podcast ads, and CTV.
• Own performance reporting from top-of-funnel activity through lead and pipeline generation for sales and marketing leadership.
• Set up or significantly improve conversion tracking and attribution.
• Use A/B testing, cohort analysis, segmentation, audience optimization, and creative strategy to improve ROAS.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and/or Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience managing $50,000–$250,000 per month in advertising spend while maintaining efficiency.
• Ability to work in New York, NY, USA, with an in-office work arrangement.
