What you will do

• Supervise department personnel, production operations, equipment, processes, safety, and housekeeping.
• Organize workflow, manage staffing assignments, investigate delays, and escalate operational problems.
• Maintain required quality and quantity standards while supporting completion of the master production schedule.
• Train, evaluate, upgrade, and review operators, including training record audits and annual recertifications.
• Verify product identification, complete route sheets and required documentation, and distribute department status reports.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment problems and correct issues where appropriate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Overall knowledge of the equipment, tooling, and processes used to produce pacing, defibrillation, and multifunction electrodes.
• Ability to perform all department operations at a level sufficient to train employees.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints for electrode assembly instruction.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
