Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid, based in Portugal with attendance at the Porto or Lisbon office twice a week

What you will do

• Conduct end-to-end process analysis and translate complex business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Perform impact analysis across legacy systems and upstream and downstream dependencies.
• Use SQL for data extraction, reporting, decision support, and requirements validation.
• Manage stakeholders across technical teams, business users, and third-party vendors.
• Train and mentor business users and junior analysts on delivered solutions.
• Support application lifecycle management and production support processes.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong process analysis, functional specification, user story, and impact analysis skills.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with user training, application lifecycle management, and production support.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit.
