Operations Project Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid in Marlborough or Boston, Massachusetts, USA; in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday, remote work Mondays and Fridays

Salary: $76,000–$90,000 base annually in Massachusetts, plus bonus

What you will do

• Manage cross-functional operational projects across product development, production stabilization, process and systems improvement, and vendor portfolio management.
• Coordinate project plans, schedules, costs, and deliverables across product, marketing, sales, senior leadership, and global shared services.
• Support factory transfers, wellness product moves, production sustaining activities, and supply chain expansion into new factory locations.
• Manage PLM processes, product changes, item setup, documentation control, and operational best practices.
• Review forecasts and supply plans with supply teams and vendors to confirm production capacity and readiness.
• Plan strategic transitions between supply and marketing while reducing operational risk and cost impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering or project management for product development.
• Proven project management experience and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including Mexico and Asia, up to 10%.
• Availability for early-morning or evening virtual meetings with international teams as needed.
