Service Engineer (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance and software upgrades for ZOLL products.
• Document service activities promptly and manage service assets accurately.
• Support asset sighting and audit activities for ISO13485 and GDPMDS compliance.
• Manage depot workflow and maintain an organized workplace using 5S principles.
• Support the Service Manager and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards during all service activities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in medical device servicing or a similar technical role.
• Familiarity with ISO13485 compliance and service documentation practices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with electronic and electromechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
