Depot Technician (Medical Devices)

Location: Onsite in Singapore, 5 Tai Seng Drive (SG Aperia Annex)

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on hirify.global products.
• Complete software upgrades in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Update service documentation and manage service assets accurately and promptly.
• Support asset sighting and audit activities related to ISO13485 and GDPMDS compliance.
• Manage depot workflow, maintain workplace organization through 5S principles, and support the Service Manager.
• Contribute to continuous improvement while following safety, quality, and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in medical device servicing or a similar technical role.
• Familiarity with ISO13485 compliance and service documentation practices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with electronic and electromechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
